Rumors say that Raja Hasan recently recorded a song for the upcoming film - Jai-Veeru. Jai-Veeru, as the name
suggests has nothing to do with Sholay, but is an action-comedy film which has two main characters called Jai and Veeru - just as in the 1975 blockbuster Sholay.
To be directed by Puneet Sera, Jai-Veeru has Fardeen Khan and Kumal Khemu in the lead roles along with Dia Mirza.
Though there are not much details on the film and its crew, it is highly likely that the composer for the film is the new sensational composer Mithoon
Sharma. Mithoon, just 23 years of age, happens to be the nephew of Pyarelal (Of Laxmikant-Pyarelal fame) and has already created a few amazing compositions for films like Anwar (Maula mere/ Javeda Zindagi), Zeher and the Train (Who Ajanabee).If Mithoon has actually composed the tracks for Jai-Veeru, it will be wonderful news for Raja Hasan fans. It goes on to prove that Raja Hasan is not just getting offers from just one composer, but the tasks are arriving from others as well.
